Introductory Yoga Workshop
THERE ARE CURRENTLY NO WORKSHOPS PLANNED

During this workshop students will:
- Be introduced to the basic postures of the Yoga Tapas sequence
- Learn simple breathing techniques
- Begin to understand the fundamental principles of combining dynamic breathing and dynamic movement
- Learn to prepare effectively for a yoga class
For the absolute beginner this workshop will provide a great starting point, teaching you the simple basics that are required to participate in our Open and Basics Classes. More experienced students, who have maybe had some previous experience in another style of yoga, or who have previously completed one of our four week Introductory Courses, will find this a great opportunity to refocus on the basics and refine what you have already learnt.
The workshop fee also includes one month of unlimited Open and Basics Classes, commencing from the date of the workshop, giving you the perfect opportunity to put the lessons learned into immediate practice. To really get the maximum benefit from the workshop and from your practice, we recommend that you come as often as you can during that time.
Note: This style of yoga is vigorous, and even though we begin gently it can still be quite physically demanding - if you have any injuries or health issues that we should know about, please email us or call us on (03)5394565 before registering so that we can assess your ability to fully participate in this workshop.
